Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, and concrete pouring
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with safety certifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial/residential projects
- Inspect and maintain construction equipment daily
- Complete quality control checks at project milestones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat/cold)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
