Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols daily
- Perform concrete finishing and structural framing
- Conduct thorough site cleanup and debris removal
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of power tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic blueprint reading skills essential
- Must pass background/drug screening
