Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with precision
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation and site setup
- Execute concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks per specifications
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols including fall protection and hazard mitigation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries with suppliers
- Perform demolition and site cleanup activities efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
