Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and installation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to maintain organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with minimal absences
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Pass background check and drug screening
