Responsibilities
- Execute general labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) with specialized tasks
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles
- Participate in project setup, teardown, and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
