Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentice electricians and conduct safety briefings
- Coordinate with contractors and building managers
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, troubleshooting, and load calculations
- Strong knowledge of Seattle building codes
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Experience with LED retrofitting and smart home systems
