Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine wiring layouts
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Document work performed, maintain accurate records, and handle permits as required
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia state electrical license (Master/Journeyman preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with troubleshooting, conduit bending, and circuit design
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, local regulations, and energy efficiency standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (climbing, confined spaces)
