Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Train apprentices on best practices and technical procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven plumbing experience (commercial and residential)
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Proficiency with trenchless technologies, hydro-jetting, and pipe inspection
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
