Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Perform water heater installations, pipe replacements, and drain cleaning
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Complete accurate service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain technical solutions clearly
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate emergency services
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for emergency calls and weekend assignments
