Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and schematics for new construction and renovation projects
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform hydrostatic testing and pipe pressure validation
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours shifts
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
Qualifications
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and PEX installations
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
