- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repair
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe lining systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles safely
