Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with Indiana/Illinois plumbing codes and safety standards
- Lead emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and quality protocols
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (or reciprocity for Illinois)
- Expertise in water heaters, pipefitting, and backflow prevention
- OSHA certification and trench safety training
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with digital service scheduling and CRM systems
