Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Create executive-ready future-state visualizations and impact assessments
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., CFIP, foresight methodology training)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
