Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in futures studies (preferred)
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems
