Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 2026+ impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Analyze complex datasets using predictive modeling and trend analysis tools
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and innovation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for global stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight preferred
