Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 innovation framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and scale breakthrough solutions
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against strategic milestones
- Develop partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and technology labs
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps and impact assessments to stakeholders
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across multiple geographies
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Innovation Management preferred
