Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with 2026 global climate targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG reporting initiatives ensuring GRI and SASB compliance
- Manage carbon footprint reduction projects including supply chain optimization
- Drive circular economy innovations through product lifecycle redesign
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate sustainable materials and renewable energy solutions
- Oversee stakeholder engagement including investor relations and community partnerships
- Analyze sustainability data trends and forecast future regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sustainability management
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol) and ESG reporting
- Proven track record implementing circular economy models
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., SAP EHS, Sustainlytics)
- LEED Green Associate or equivalent sustainability certification
- Experience with renewable energy transition projects
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication abilities
