Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche platforms) for specialized AI and quantum computing roles
- Develop predictive talent pipelines for emerging tech domains (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with CTOs to define future competency models for 2026 tech stacks
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D positions requiring PhD-level expertise
- Implement AI-assisted screening tools while maintaining human-centric candidate evaluation
- Design compensation packages aligned with future market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing focus
- Expertise in sourcing candidates for research-level positions (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proficiency in Boolean search and predictive analytics for talent mapping
- Deep understanding of emerging tech paradigms (AGI, quantum algorithms, bioinformatics)
- Experience with AI-powered recruitment platforms (HireVue, Eightfold)
- Track record of placing candidates in Fortune 500 tech innovation labs
- Knowledge of international mobility requirements for specialized talent
