Responsibilities
- Execute residential and commercial construction projects with precision and efficiency
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete finishing tasks
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout project phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
