Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts) after certification
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Coordinate with supervisors for project milestones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not held)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check
