Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, framing, and concrete pouring
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) with proper certification
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain a clean and safe job site following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
- Manage inventory and material ordering for assigned projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
