Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on residential/commercial projects
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid O-10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 30-hour certification strongly preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
