Responsibilities
- Perform physical construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Adhere to strict quality control guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic tool proficiency required
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
