Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Maintain organized workspaces and proper material handling
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/overnights
