Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Collaborate with tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability including overtime and weekend shifts
