Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on-site.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Perform general cleanup and site preparation duties.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not strictly required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
