Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools in a safe and controlled manner.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Mix concrete and assist with basic site preparation and finishing.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long shifts outdoors.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
