Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundational work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials and equipment for quality assurance
- Participate in emergency response and site hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL license with clean driving record (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Spanish language skills highly valued for diverse teams
