Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Install/repair structures using carpentry, masonry, and framing techniques
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for precise execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
