Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general maintenance of job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under close supervision.
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from the work area.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
