Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation and demolition
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with diverse teams on multi-state projects
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Drug-free and background-check compliant
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts
- Willingness to travel to Ohio sites when required
