Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project-specific dutiesMaintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standardsRead and interpret blueprints and project specificationsOperate hand/power tools safely and efficientlyLoad/unload construction materials and equipmentReport safety hazards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or related labor experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditionsOSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work flexible hours including overtime and weekendsPass pre-employment background check and drug screen
