Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Complete daily timesheets and safety checklists
- Adapt to changing site conditions and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge (hammer, shovel, measuring tape) preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily in various weather conditions
