Responsibilities

- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
- Participate in team briefings and adapt to changing project demands
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Dallas County
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first practices
- No prior experience required – training provided
