Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and safety protocols
- Perform basic concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic hand tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- OSHA 10 certification (we can assist with training)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with good communication skills
