Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, site preparation, and demolition
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Operate construction equipment safely (training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete daily task reports and collaborate with team members
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
