Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain job site organization and safety compliance
- Perform basic concrete work (pouring, finishing, forms)
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or manual labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
