Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and circuits.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders or scaffolding as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred; high school students with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience or electrical background is required; full training is provided.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and obtain Journeyman Electrician licensure.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
