Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Document work orders and maintain safety compliance records
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (C-10) or Journeyman certification
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
