Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and corrective actions on complex electrical faults
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and local electrical codes
- Manage inventory and requisition materials for project completion
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and advanced techniques
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Florida Electrician Journeyman License (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in PLC programming and motor control systems
- Strong diagnostic abilities with multi-meter and oscilloscope expertise
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
