Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend shift operations with safety-first protocols
- Train junior electricians on best practices and emerging technologies
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials efficiently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and transformers
- Proven weekend shift reliability and punctuality
- Advanced proficiency with Fluke meters and circuit tracers
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure scenarios
