Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on complex projects requiring team coordination
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Document work performed and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri electrical license (or reciprocity with another state)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with commercial/industrial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Flexibility for evening/weekend emergency calls
