Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and California/Virginia electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices on complex projects
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for job sites
- Provide detailed reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (CA or VA)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex systems
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
