Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Manage inventory and order materials for job sites
- Provide excellent customer service and safety leadership
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years field experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Minnesota state codes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Experience with residential and commercial systems
