Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Prepare and clean construction sites daily to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and site policies strictly.
- Transport materials between job sites as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or layouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- No prior experience required for entry-level positions; on-the-job training provided.
