Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Perform quality inspections and report maintenance needs
- Complete daily progress documentation and safety checklists
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL license preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the region
