Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on job sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Perform general labor duties such as hauling, mixing concrete, and painting as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
