Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including excavation, demolition, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Perform manual labor duties such as digging, carrying heavy loads, and operating hand tools.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Cleveland, GA.
