Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction areas and job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleaning.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
