Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and store them properly.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris and ensuring a safe working area.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by the Site Foreman or Project Manager.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
